Sahil Aggarwal Principal

Sahil is a Principal in H.I.G.’s LBO Fund based in the San Francisco office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction structuring, financing, and execution of post-closing growth strategies.

Sahil has over a decade of experience in private equity and M&A, with investments spanning multiple industries, including technology, business services, and healthcare. Prior to joining H.I.G., Sahil worked at Sunstone Partners and Riverside Partners, where he focused on investing in lower-middle market businesses. He began his career in investment banking in the Industrials group at Wells Fargo Securities.

Sahil earned a B.S., magna cum laude, from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
