Stephanie Bednar Principal

Stephanie is a Principal in H.I.G.’s Capital Formation Group. She is based in the San Francisco office where she focuses on the firm’s investor relations efforts across H.I.G.’s existing funds and Limited Partner relationships.

Stephanie has 20 years of experience across private equity and management consulting. Prior to joining H.I.G., Stephanie was the Director of Investor Relations and Marketing at Gryphon Investors where she raised capital for the firm’s private equity and debt funds, in addition to overseeing the firm’s broader marketing efforts. Previously, Stephanie held similar business development and marketing/communications roles for global executive search firm Calibre One and management consulting firm The Trium Group.

Stephanie earned a B.A. in English from Fordham University.
