Stephen Giordano Senior Operating Partner

Stephen Giordano is a Senior Operating Partner in H.I.G.’s Portfolio Operations group, based in the firm’s New York office. He leads the team’s Operations vertical, covering sourcing/procurement, supply chain and logistics, and manufacturing.

Stephen works closely with deal teams and portfolio company management on cost transformations, strategic sourcing, and P&L improvement, and he supports due diligence of new investment opportunities regarding supply chain logistics and cost opportunities.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Stephen was a Senior Vice President at American Securities in the firm’s Resources Group and led supply chain and sourcing transformation projects across its portfolio. Before American Securities, Stephen held advisory roles at PwC and Accenture.

Stephen earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
