Terence is a Director at H.I.G. WhiteHorse, based in the London office, where he is responsible for transaction underwriting and execution, as well as post-closing portfolio company oversight.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Terence was at Oaktree Capital Management in New York, working in their Direct Lending platform. Before that, he worked at Brookside Capital Partners.

Terence holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. from Fordham University.
