Tiago is a Director at H.I.G. Realty responsible for sourcing and execution of real estate investments across Europe.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Tiago worked at Victoria Asset Management, an Oaktree Capital Management company, on the investment and asset management of real estate deals in Europe, particularly focused on value-add opportunities. Before that, Tiago was at EY in the Transactions and Advisory team.

Tiago holds a M.Sc. in Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics and a B.Sc. in Economics from Universidade do Algarve.
