Timothy Vesterberg Principal

Timothy is a Principal in H.I.G.’s London office and member of the European Middle Market Private Equity team. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including originating, structuring, financing, and executing post-closing growth and operational strategies.

Timothy has private equity investing experience across a wide range of geographies and industries, including business and professional services, healthcare, and infrastructure. Prior to joining H.I.G., Timothy worked at iCON, focusing on control investments in the middle market. He began his career in investment banking at Citigroup.

​Timothy earned his B.Sc. degree from the Stockholm School of Economics.
