Whitney Ehrlich Managing Director & Head of U.S. Private Wealth Management

Whitney Ehrlich is a Managing Director and Head of U.S. Private Wealth Management in H.I.G.’s Capital Formation Group. Based in New York, Whitney is responsible for capital raising and investor relations activities within the U.S. intermediary and private wealth channels across the firm’s strategies.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Whitney spent over 22 years at BlackRock where she was most recently a Managing Director and Head of the U.S. Family Office Business at BlackRock. In this role, Whitney was responsible for driving new business relationships and delivering the firm’s full platform to the largest single and multi-family offices and RIAs throughout the US. Prior to that, she held various institutional sales roles at BlackRock.

Whitney earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
