William Grant Director

William is a Director in H.I.G.’s European LBO team based in the London office. He focuses on leveraged buy-out transactions across the U.K., Ireland, Netherlands, and the Nordics and is responsible for all aspects of the investment process.

Prior to joining H.I.G., William was an investment professional at Gatemore Capital Management, where he worked on turnaround and special situations investments in the U.K. Prior to that, William worked at Evercore in the Industrials and Services group, where he advised clients on M&A transactions, capital raises, and other strategic initiatives. William started his career in investment banking at HSBC.

William earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Durham University.
