H.I.G. Realty makes opportunistic value-add equity investments in mid-size real estate properties. It employs a hands-on, operationally intensive approach to rehabilitate, redevelop, reposition, and rebrand assets that have been capital starved and/or poorly managed.
H.I.G. Realty Credit originates senior secured loans and makes opportunistic debt investments in mid cap real estate secured by all property types. Debt investments include senior bridge loans, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity collateralized by transitional properties and portfolios.
Infrastructure
H.I.G. Infrastructure invests in a wide range of businesses with infrastructure characteristics, where active management, best practices, and strategic repositioning can significantly increase the profitability of existing operations. It targets middle-market opportunities where it can use the operational capabilities of the H.I.G. platform to drive value creation.
HealthBridge
H.I.G. HealthBridge invests in development and commercial stage companies developing therapeutic drugs, medical devices, digital health, diagnostics, and related outsourcing services for significant unmet medical needs.
